THIS. IS. FANTASTIC. I am a huge fan of horror and getting involved with character's psychology, and this ticks every single box for me. My only issue with it is that it's not long enough!! Please...I can't wait until the full game. Mercy.
Between the choice of adding SFX at the right moments, the atmosphere based on what music comes in, the character writing and art -- I'm in love. It only took 2 minutes for me to fall in love with Wolf, and I will protect him with my whole soul. What a little normal boy!
Leo is such a compelling character to follow especially, because he's very unusual as a pov choice, and yet I love his snarky indifference towards everything the most. Like wow, he's just like me fr. is that bad? uh oh
There is one choice that made me go HM. I sat there for a bit. Considered closing the game. Yet, I trudged on. The things I do for him huh
ONE last thing to end my rambling!! The descriptions of everything...the imagery, oh god it's so so good. Exactly as haunting and graphic as I want, and I absolutely adore the way Wolf's descriptions are written as well. So trippy, in a very psychedelic and colorful way, but also unsettling. The best.
Highly recommend for a late night in!
