Yeah I realized that but I can’t find a way to fix it so for now just download power tools press F12 and fill vehicle and then get what you want. Sorry bout that.
you need to set exactFillRootNode preset to EXACT_FILL_ROOT_NODE under Rigid Body
edit: and set dischargeTrigger to FILL_TRIGGER under preset
