That's entirely possible. Did you use physics props to jump over the wall, or did I leave a hole in collision somewhere?

I think it has to do with the width of the corner walls because I positioned myself in the corner, jumped, and before landing, I threw the metallic cube

That's interesting. When you throw something, there's a small issue that has to do with the spawned objects collision affecting players physics body. I knew about it but thought it was minor and not worth worrying about.

Now I see this short interaction with the thrown object might actually push you through the thin wall.
