think about the SteamAgeverGermany, in the German speaking countries your Game doesn't appear in the Store. As far as i know their is an Autoprocess for devs too where Steam just slaps an Age rate on it.
If you have go through the USK the German agency, don't bother not because your Game wouldn't come through (its a 99% , 18 in Ger) but because of time and money spend.
