You can buy it on my DLsite
If you have a visa or mastercard, you can try the following.
First you can go to the page to buy points: https://www.dlsite.com/home/mypage/user/buy/point?locale=en_US Then select "Purchase points using a credit card" (you will need to sign up for a For Books account). Then select “More payment options” and use Card.
