Currently on v7.0049
I'm dating Hex and came up from the area outside the admin building to the fountain. I entered a cutscene with Laila talking to Xerxes about the Final Girl Ball and I was asked if I'd be ok joining her. After I selected yes I got the following image and it remains even when I go to a different area although it'll go away after talking to someone else.
