I can download it no problem, but if I go to the file, it's not as a game for a windows device, but as a green hexagon, that if I click it, takes me to PDF viewer, and that window then gives me a notification that the file can't be opened.
"7Z" files are compressed archives by nature. They can be opened with file compression software. Typically, if you have a file archiver installed (e.g. 7-Zip, WinRAR), you can right-click the "7Z" file and select the Extract option from the context menu.
