Hi Developers,

I'm Fog, a VFX artist with experience in 3D/2D art. I also have some programming knowledge and am currently developing a 3D co-op platformer that focuses on teamwork and unique character abilities. Players must combine their skills to navigate cyberpunk-inspired levels filled with challenges.

Core Gameplay Features

Unique Character Abilities – Each character has special skills that can be combined to solve puzzles.

Futuristic Aesthetic – The game features a cyberpunk-inspired world with vibrant neon colors, advanced technology, and atmospheric effects.

Current Progress

✅ Core gameplay mechanics implemented

✅ Basic co-op system functional (2-4 players)

✅ First two levels completed, with a playable demo available

✅ Demo video showcasing early gameplay

Here are some links to the demo and art style for reference!

I'm looking for a programmer to collaborate with and refine the gameplay to make it even more engaging.

This is currently an unpaid collaboration, but since the project will be released, we will share potential revenue (rev-share model).

Hi Fog,

Twogether sounds like a really interesting concept! I’m curious—how far along is the project in terms of development? What core mechanics have been implemented so far, and what major features are still in progress?

Also, how is the co-op functionality structured? Is it local-only, or are you planning online multiplayer? I'd love to hear more about the challenges you’ve faced so far and how the gameplay is evolving.

For context, I have a BS in Computer Science and experience with Unity (C#), Java, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and databases. I’m also familiar with Ren'Py and game development concepts like UI systems, inventory management, and backend integration. While my main experience is in Unity, I’m a fast learner and always interested in exploring new engines and technologies.

Looking forward to learning more about your project and its development!

Cheers
