My preferred table count is usually 1 guide and 3-4 players, but I think you could do this with 1 guide and 1 or 2 players, and probably as high as 5 or 6 players if you're comfortable with larger groups.
Tl;dr: 1 guide, 3-4 players, but more or less players should be fine!
