This is such a beautiful way to share this story, Similar story here with my kitty Kari. She was with me for 10 years and developed Lymphoma. Just as the story and Yakult she was a little purr machine. I don't think I heard her stop purring for more than 3 minutes in her whole life until she collapsed from weakness one night this past Autumn. She ended her life purring one last time in my arms. I have sobbed so much. Every day for months I couldn't do anything but cry. I sobbed and paused this story multiple times over 3 days. I knew I had to finish it. Thank you for reminding me other people feel this pain too. Any kitty is lucky to be blessed with an owner who loves them so very much.
