@doctorbz I have split at least the base cards into a single PDF. Each page being each side of a card, just by using a screen capture tool. This is how my printer shops team wanted them. A single pdf, front of card 1 was page 1, card 1 back was page 2, card 2 front was page 3, card 2 back side was page 4 etc. I am happy to share the PDF I made if that helps at all.
