It's when you get to the main game, and the laser eyes or whatever doesn't work. I can drive around, but that's it.
Did you hold the middle mouse button long enough? It takes a while before the actual projectile fires.
Ah, yeah. That did the trick. I had no idea that you were supposed to hold the button. Also I had no idea that the left/right arms didn't do anything until you upgrade them, and you only have laser eyes to start out.
