Nope. HotPink is the original. StrangeGirl took the concept and is now milking it with 5 games all being released within 2 years of each other. I stopped buying them after the first because it was promised updates, it's still not complete, yet they keep pushing out new games.
Hotpink made a good concept, but Strange took the time to refine the visuals and gameplay, and the lovecraft games as they are now put the other tentacle games to shame, not to mention the much lower price tag.
