Hey to get the exclusive edition will i have to spend the like $16.50 every version cause I don't think I can afford it and I mean will I have to pay it for every version or will the 16.50 be a 1 time cost?
If you buy exclusive it will be 1 time. to download a updated version of a game you already paid for, you should be able to go to your itch.io account, my library, then select the game you want the updated version of, then select download. Then you should be able to download the latest version.
