Played for a while, this seems a nice prototype for a game, although a bit rough round the edges it surely shows what you are trying to achieve.
For some feedback I'd say the combat is a bit unforgiving, it's very easy to take damage during battles and it's almost not worth it to engage in fights. It maybe the by design? I don't know. At least you are never required to defeat one in order to progress. The throwing you weapon mechanics is a nice touch but again it's another type of unforgiving. I think letting the player retrieve, or fire again would make the player's live easier and less frustrated.
