If the file was downloaded to your PC then I think you just need to extract it from the rar, but check if you downloaded the PC version not the android one
I thought about I think for android you need a zip opener app and them you open it in your phone, for the next update ill provide a direct exec file instead of a zip its a PC thing to zip files to minimize download time for a bit
