i'm having the same issues lmao! funny enough i'm trying to play on a gaming computer (intel(r) core(tm) i7) and i don't think the game is playable for me either ahaha...
It seems to just be Windows 11 having some bugged updates or something because this, and most other danmakufu ph3 games, can show correctly on my Inspiron 3910 now.
