Is there any weight gain or is it planned?

there is already a weight gain minigame in the game, to mainly show players the potencial :)
Feel free to try out the free demo version there you can check it out.
If you are interested in the project you can join our discord server, there you get updates, news, and can send us suggestions what you would like to see in the game :)
