very pretty and nice game, but yeah needs a lot of balancing, when final payment is 1000 and you have over 10000 saved it aint really a challenge, some common buildings are also way better than uncommon or even rares.
But yeah for a prototype, it's a lot of fun, finding broken or interesting combinations :DD
