WIP stands for 'work in progress'. The gallery is very hard to code, so I'll implement it later when the game is more stable.

Unfortunately, this is not a 3D game, so a 'Rotate camera view' feature in cutscenes is kind of impossible, because it's a render-based game, and I would have to create several animations to 'simulate' the camera movement. This would make the animations very difficult.

Got it. Then maybe just a one or two more angles to switch between? This is just my thoughts. 

Also I see that some actions require another counter to be more than N. For example "Dinner with mom >10". It would be very nice if you add ( or added already? ) a current value of the counter like "Dinner with mom >10 ( now: 5 ).

In the whole the walkthrough is helping a lot as not always it is clear should you play this event or not. But as I can see you are working on adding the guide inside the game.

I'm also gamedev and learning to make my own games. So your story of 4 years development is inspiring. Another example of importance to just not stop working on your dream even if you do very small steps and even sometimes you don't do steps at all or some steps back. Just keep trying and eventually you'll become closer to the goal.
