A well put together static visual novel, its was a treat to see something with this much attention to detail and presentation.
The only critic I can think off is the following. For these types of visual novels its so easy to get pull out of it, when one of the VA’s having audio issues when recording their lines.
When most of the VA in game sounds professional, but then one of the main character VA sound like they are on a old gaming headset with a microphone that has a grounding issue OR sitting right next to a fan and audio-gateing is working overtime to cancel out the background sounds. When the audio goes from clean to a static hum that overpowers VA and the BGM. It sticks out like a sore thumb and takes the users out of it.
Granted, I have not tested out the hotfix that was released after I played it.
-For future episodes, I would love too see individual audio sliders for VA’s. Maybe with a chibi icon next to their character.
Other then that I look forward to the next episode.
