Installing the Visual C++ redistributable did not fix the dll errors, I installed multiable versions. Starting with the latest and then tried it with older versions as well.
Sorry for late response, I checked the issue and you are 100% right, it's fixed now, should work if you redownload. Thanks for your comment and sorry for that, I'm kind of beginner in this.
