Lo que puedes hacer es revisar el mapa y tendria que dejarte visitar otra vez el hospital, ahi tienes una mini escena y despues regresas a dormir y llegas al máximo de lo que ofrece el juego, si falla todavía, puedes salvar tus partidas guardadas y instalar otra vez el juego.

What you can do is check the map and it should let you visit the hospital again, there you have a mini scene and then you go back to sleep and get to the maximum of what the game has to offer, if it still fails, you can save your saved games and install the game again.
