why it 2$ and some odd cent more here then on the official website?
itch takes a cut so it's higher price here, so the devs get the same amount of money
That's not true, dev can set whatever percentage of sale they want to share with itch.io from 0% to 100% with a transaction fee charged by stripe/paypal which is $0.30 + 2.9% of the sale.
