Hey can anyone help me? ive downloaded it, it shows up as a .zip file, what do i do now

after you downloaded the file, just right click on the zip file (for me the file name is "HowtoDateanEntityandStayAlive-1.0-pc") and then click extract here, after that another folder with the same name appears. Just click the folder and then to play just click the file with file type "application"
