i recently updated to 9.2 to continue the story but its saying the friendship of one or more of the girls is way too high and that i cant continue the story. it says i need to revert whatever cheats i did but im confused because the only cheat i did was more money. Is there a way to revert their friendship levels with a code? or am i stuck with pissing them off for multiple days/ just starting a new save? not sure what caused it since i didn't use any of the maxall cheats. Sorry if its a duplicate comment but i spent a good bit trying to find someone who had the same question
Did you put the max code in? That breaks it unless it's a new game. Somewhere along your game, you got more friendship than you should have, resulting in the story for one of them to break.
I wasn't expecting much from this game, especially not with the phrase 'religious corruption' in the description.But hey, it was free, and I wanted to at least give it a chance.
I was pleasantly surprised to find this game was... actually good.
The words "corruption" and "training" tend to raise a bunch of red flags for me, but turns out in this game that literally just meant helping the girls deal with their issues with occasional fucking, which I am down for. There's also a refreshing lack of incest and girls who look like little kids in this game. A low bar, I know, but a lot of games don't hit it so good job.
Speaking of the girls, I love all of them. Their models are well designed and don't look uncanny, even though a lot of the games on here that use the same parts or whatever look borderline creepy. Of course, I'd be down for a wider variety of body types, but no game is perfect.
I also was not expecting well written female characters from a game called "Harem Hotel", but I guess you really can't judge a book by its cover. I hated Ashley at first (honestly I was ready to throw down the second anyone was rude to Lin), but her story gave me Emotions. I about cried when Annie got reset. The elf subplot has... a surprising amount of nuance, especially for a porn game. Hell, Autumn get's pretty deep into theology in the beach scene. The nonsexual scenes were some of the best in the game. The subtle way Lin slowly gets more confident and assertive throughout the game is excellent. Like, watching her grow was one of my favorite parts of the game.
All that said, I do have some suggestions.
- A menu at the beginning of the game where you can exclude certain kinks. I appreciate the one Kali scene giving you the option to opt out, but I feel like being able to avoid that encounter all together would be nice.
- Character customization, and maybe a gender select. After the huge bonus from Kali's dad, there's not to spend money on besides some bar upgrades. Being able to shop for stuff at "the burning topic" (i fuckin died laughing when i saw the name for the first time) would be kind of neat. I get that this is difficult to implement though, so I don't expect it. The gender select would be cool, mostly because I'm just really fuckin gay for all these ladies but I can live with being a dude for a bit.
- Imma keep it real with you chief; all the dudes look either meh or gross. especially the old men.
- For the elf subplot, it's kinda weird that there's not like, an elf underground railroad or some shit. Not a suggestion, but it kinda feels off.
- Jin should have a story where you help her recover from the Bullshit she's been through. Like, as of now she just hangs around Lin's room and reminds me of the horrors both her and Lin have been through.
- If the male models can be improved, maybe some male elves in the sanctuary!
- I'd like to see Miss Ren, but only if there's like. Not a sex route for her. She's pretty much Ashley's other mom. That'd be weird.
- The cafe as a location for exhibitionism feels weird, especially since the owners are religious. Aren't there like, kids around? Maybe a nightclub instead, and the cafe could just be a place for dates???
Overall, the current state of the game is a delight and I'm excited to see where it goes. Good job!

The dudes are definitely bad. I use Honey Select to create the visuals, and there aren't many options for males, so I try to hide their faces with glasses, haha.
The reason there isn't an elvish version of the underground railroad is because Elves cannot be free. If one is free, anyone can claim it. And Syl'anar (the nation HH is in) prohibits other countries from housing Elves, even as slaves (spoilers excluded). The closest we have to that is actually Nia! She finds elves owned by horrible masters, rescues them, and takes them to the HHI (Happy Home Initiative) to sign up for slavery again, under a new name. Masters must go through a form, and have someone come out to inspect their living condition, etc. So those Elves will be freed, in a way. In the best way Syl'anar allows.
I have something in mind for Jin, something along those lines. Although it isn't a priority.

Extremely good game. My biggest issue is the certain character's childhood backstory. Very dark, out of place, and a huge mood killer. I don't think it should be intertwined with sexy, lighthearted events. Possibly as an extra or something.

She was always extremely overbearing, and somewhat terrifying, until wham tragic backstory and all is explained. I would like to see her change significantly toward a softer side, but I suppose that would remove yandere from the variety.
I agree that some sort of explanation is good for behavior like that. I just think the way it was done really puts a big bump in the road.
You think you're going on a regular sexy mission, then BAM, child abuse for like 10 minutes straight with no way to end the event or speed it up.
There are several ways to have the same effect while reducing the impact and interruption: shorten the scene (once we know she had it rough we don't need extra details to be extra sad); give us an option or warning so we know what to expect; or give us the option to skip and review the scene later.
As it is now it really interrupts the funny, sexy, light-hearted vibe. It's just out of place IMO, still makes sense to be involved though.
There are both speed up and skip entirely options. Make sure to check them at the bottom of the screen; speed up is my fave for the longer scenes (looking at you Android) because it conveniently stops at player choices.
Oh, and yeah, while this is at its core a sex game, story isn't a bad thing, especially when, for this character especially, an explanation was needed. Kali for example started out weird with the whole "what excuse can we have to unlock a sex act", but slows down as it becomes more about her and her relationship to you, then the cool overarching lore/story thing with her dad. Runey sprinkled in plenty of sex too to keep it the way you in particular prefer.
So what are the Lucia events? The "Misc Info" says I still have 0/2 Lucia events but I can't initiate them. She is livng with us and I have already finished Kali's main story up to 0.9.2 but whenever I visit Lucia the only options I have are to ask how she is or fuck in utility room.
I'm pretty sure it depends on whether or not you fucked her at their house when you met, but another user said that the TrueStory cheat code fixes that.
I've tried a few different save files - not sleeping with her got me a separate event in the hot springs.
As for the code, go to your room > computer > notepad > enter "truestory". Best applied at the start of the game for the change in dialogue between Felicity and Emma; from "clone" to "twin".
I've played a few other games, but honestly, this is the first time I played one like this where I actually played straight through until I had completed all of the main girls and got that final message! I lost a night of sleep, but it was worth it! Great characters with personalities and story development and ties to each other! I am looking forward to a second playthrough, and taking my time on that one! Keep up the awesome work! Well you can opt out of the pregnancy route and it actually is a harem simulator just the relationships are different, which you can change settings so they are no longer related. Also, every relationship in the house is about reconnecting but with an added sexual aspect. I just imagine they are women I haven't seen for a while or steps. I more enjoyed it because of the personalities of the women, the shy beauty that doesn't realize her beauty, the playful nubile innocent/naughty, the fiesty hard chick that gives you lip, and the sultry experienced Cougar that knows how to dominate.
One of the best adult games I've played. Not just good looking girls but great story and perfect characters. Dont really see much games with so good work on personalities.

never heard of a cheat code changing felicity and emma relationship, to be honest I've found and actually used the code "truestory" to start the 2 Lucia events. I know the code because i'm in runey's discord and he specifically wrote it in the FAQs

Really enjoyed the game, completed 0.8.2 version a week ago and saved the files somewhere on storage, dunno what happened but i somehow lost my save files accidentally and will be really glad if somebody has the save files for 0.8.2 version for Android.
What device? On Android it should be (depending on if you installed if on your SD or HDD) in the folder internal storage/Android/data/harem.hotel/files/saves if you installed it on your memory card then the only difference should be the "internal storage" part of the path.

The other versions works on my phone... And I have more than 5gb free space in my phone's memory. I really love the game..
I installed a walk through mod that I had on 0.8.2 and it worked. The vanilla game can't load modded saves. I can give you my save but you'll need to get the walk through mod.
I just downloaded .9, it asks if I want to update after it says staging app. Then I get the message "app not installed" and nothing happens. I can't even find where to find my.harem hotel game files.

to unlock lucia content you must type "truestory" (without "") code in notepad in your in-game PC
That cheat code changes Felicity and Emma's relationship from clone to sister (twin, if I recall). Nothing to do with Lucia.

So I've bought a Cutiepie costume for Lin and a box of sextoys but I can't give the costume to the Lin and can't do anything with toys.
