Same here; I'm so annoyed. I've sent 1st Press Games multiple emails asking for a refund and they won't provide me one. I just want to play this game on my GBA after spending that kind of money.
Little late, but you could consider getting an ez flash and playing the rom.
Yeah; not really in a financial spot to drop an additional $120 for a game I've already spent $70 on for a 'premium' product that was never received
