To use the spring you need to. Check in and open the spring map. Then theres an area that let you shower
Where, there is only reception entrance, the first i check in im at a room but after i go to the reception entrance i check map and there is nothing else except the reception entrance

You wont loose anything if you update the game if you use Android. Just downloaded the apk again and everything will be saved
