EDIT: Nvm, I encountered her literally 5 minutes after making this post.
I was too busy to play V007 and started playing 008 now. Do I need a new save or is there a specific condition for meeting scout? My save was at end of Autumn and I'm not at 75 winter days left and haven't encoutered scout.
