What I usually do to break them is force them to wear hypnoglasses and leave em for a few days. That thing completely destroys their mind to the point that they're basically a corpse. An obedient corpse.
Helps if you nab someone who likes hypnosis and bondage too. The ones that don't like it have a bad habit of struggling out of the goggles even when at 99% trance.
