What i usually do is i pick a vehicle that you can dump with and go "fill" its under the vehicle category in easy dev on the left hand side and there's options to refill and set how full your fuel tank is and above that there's the vehicle one and just click through until you find what you want to fill your truck with in your case sand. this is what i do it varies on the person.
