I was also surprised that he asks you about your preferred style and then doesn't show up the next day dressed like that! Though, I can understand, since so many sprite variations would get expensive.

I keep hoping he will do that at some point.
As in: The game is still under construction, right? (Isn't it???)
So it makes sense that the creator want to finish the baseline game first, and add any modifications later.
Or maybe as some DCL content?

He's really cute the way he is, no doubt.
I just like the gothic style better myself.

But it COULD be that his true style IS edgy and black. There ARE hints!
Like his motorbike.
The fact his natural hair-color is black.
And the figure wearing a black hoodie and a ton of belts on his pants.
Of course, 2/3ds of that is pure conjunction from memories/assuming it is him and not someone else.
But it's not like the game is particularly subtle with the hints.
So if it turns out his TRUE style is darker, maybe there's a moment late in the game when you can say you like the other style better or something? It's a guess at any rate.
I really hope this is published on Steam.
That way they can add other styles as DCL content later.
I'd be able to add the game to my collection on my preferred place.
The creator would earn money from people who think far less about spending it when they don't have to conjure up the paypal mess.
AND they can charge extra for DCL, and we get the DCL.

I don't know how true this is because I only heard it from a couple of TikTok comments but apparently, it might be confirmed that he has a gothic style, and people call him redacted when he is in that style. Apparently, we will see him in that style on day 7 but I'm not sure how true this all is considering I only heard it from a few and not the actual creator.
I know this is a pretty random reply because it's been almost a month but after stalking 14 days with you Tumblr page randomly (because I was wondering when the full game or day 5 might be released lol but I also just wanted to learn more about ren) I finally found out whether if we actually see him as redacted/gothic style on day 7 and apparently it's true.
