I'm a bit of a linux noob but how do you mean that you solved it with the AUR version? are you just yay cider downloading the package? I can't get the appimage version to open at all and installation doesn't complete with the AUR..
Yes, I’m using yay and the cider2-bin package. You need to place the corresponding DEB package for version 2.6 of Cider into the directory where yay creates the package for pacman, so it works. As for the AppImage, make sure you download the latest version; it should work perfectly.
