This is the highest I got in terms of tech. If you want to get the highest in money then you should replace causeways with weath or with something that gives boost to weath at least 50 percent. I also think that some of the bonusses don't worklike causeway (I'm sure about causeway) and ash bonusses as causeways don't boost eachother. For the ashes, the weath boost doesn't seem to work. If I am mistaken somewhere pls tell me as I would like to know how to use those boosts.
Edit: If you swap the causeways and wheats you will have slightly higher tech gain but still not enough for atomic.
