can i install the beta version directly on my quest or i need to sideload it? Please help me because it doesn't let me download it after installing the apk

You can install it directly if you’ve sideloaded a file manager app. You can try with the demo first. There are many tutorials available, and there are different ways to do it.

thanks, but can you name one of the apps that allows me to install apk's? I know the sidequest but it doesn't let me connect with my account.
