I have a report from someone who managed to activate the key and lives in Germany. I'm not 100% sure it worked for them, just a "both worked thx" referring to the game and soundtrack keys. However, I donāt recommend proceeding with this if itās considered a crime in your country, unless thereās an exception for games acquired via keys.
