would be nice if there are some settings to make tiles a bit more clear for those learning values still.

Mahjong Soul gives you the option to put numbers on the tiles
This is already an option! It's called "Show Tile Indexes".
Not the best name. I also had no idea what it did before I clicked on it. But hey, at least it's there.
