For me it doesnt work on Dolphin, it just shows a black screen and the log keeps spamming this error:
Core\IOS\USB\Bluetooth\BTEmu.cpp:407 E[IOS_WIIMOTE]: ACL queue size reached 100 - current packet will be dropped!
I had the same problem. I was using the European version. Try using the American ROM.
