I think reduce the chance of splits happening by like 50%. I also refuse to believe that the Moroccan lands in my playthrough got split 4 times in a row and that it was just pure luck.
I think the split should be about how big it is. Like my Carthage got split 3 times. It’s not a big deal but it’s a big frustrating. It’s nice to know that someone else has the same experience .
