I'm sorry for the spam, but no matter what I do, the problem is the same. When I download a file and unzip it, and then open it, I have endless downloads. I have Windows 10, downloaded from Opera GX, Nvidia RTX 3060 graphics card, AMD Radeon 5600x.

So when it runs, you just constantly get the loading spinner? Maybe try extracting the game to something like "C:\Games\AATC", sometimes if you have non-english characters in the path it'll break things.
The game unfortunately doesn't make any log file which is a little odd (and it would possibly reveal any major errors) so it might just be a matter of seeing how to get in touch with the developer and dropping them a issue ticket.
