may I ask, is there a plan of a german translation, some of my friends
would really like to buy and play if there would be a german translation.
Or is it possible to make own translation or can I help?

I am making Japanese translation patch so maybe I can help you. Also there is the discord server for eternum translator.
To translate Eternum, which is powered by Renpy, you can use Renpy sdk to make a template of translation patch. You can translate the game with editing that, but please note, translating tremendous amount of line is almost torture. If you want to know more, i can tell you.
