Nice game, nice artwork for what I could see but I give up trying to get ending 4. Will come back another day.

For people reading this I recommend reading all endings before jumping to the final ending (If you figure it out) But to aid as the dev is being cryptic about it all here is what I have so far.

CG 1: Click on one of the girls and mention the couples discount.
Ending 1 - Pick Nothing, just hit Finish (No CGs)
Ending 2 - Pick anything that does not match so just select 1 item in each slot (No CGs)
Ending 3 - Pick the following (No CGs)
Slot 1: Flour, Egg, Sugar, Milk
Slot 2: Default Tray
Slot 3: Chocolate Ganache
Slot 4: Chocolate Cream
Slot 5: Chocolate

Ending 4 (Has CGs) - Need to pick the above (I think) and also one more item for Yellow and Blue dots perhaps two (Section 1 and 5), the item hints are the Blue and Yellow words when talking to them. I am sure I am overlooking something simple with the words being:

Blue word 1: Sticky
Blue word 2: Brown
Blue word 3: Sweet
Yellow word 1: Bark
Yellow word 2: Power
Yellow word 3: Spicy

I know it will simple but with the skip button not working I will take a break for pushing the enter key and come back later. I am going to assume slot 1 does not all Flour, Egg, Sugar, Milk but yep no idea.

Clarification: Slots 1 and 5 have 2 pages. You can ONLY select one ingredient per page on Page 5. This limits you to only 1 cake flavor due to 5's Keyword.

For the CG ending this recipe almost works. Slot 1 and 2 are correct. Just add the single Yellow keyword to slot 1. Slot 3,4, and 5 all must share the same flavors, alongside having the blue keyword in 5 with the added restriction of only one ingredient per page on 5.

So to get this straight.
The only yellow ingredient that is in the first slot it's Honey. You can mix Honey with almost everything, but if you were to go with the yellow keywords it should be either Milk, because she states Milk Powder or it's Cinnamon, it's either Milk + Cinnamon or just Milk + Honey. Then for the second part, sweet and brown points towards chocolate, since the 3-4-5 have to share everything it's either everything chocolate related or strawberry (since also that one brings you to the stroking ending.) So the 5th extra ingredient, the only blue thing it's blueberry, but adding those seem to not do anything. Honestly, I don't get it how you are supposed to go into this 4th ending.

Allright brother, you were on the right track, but the 4th aka the "Perfect" cake with CGS you get if you look at the hint in the notes:

Vibrancy: One ingredient in each step (Can´t mess that up, really)

Euphoria: Align flavors across the cake. This one is a bit trickier, and requires some cooking or baking experience.

Lets check the euphoria on keywords:

Power, Bark, Spicy: Cinnamon.
To make cinnamon align with the rest of the cake, you usually add Milk. Milk is also the keyword for Power (strong bones)
So for base, Cinnamon and Milk with Flour to make the base of the cake. (Flour is neutral and makes for good base, also is filling - Scarlet is a big girl and flour makes for a filling cake You could also say it fills the criteria for Power in a roundabout way.) You do not require eggs. (haven´t used em, got the ending)

Next we have Filling. Strawberry filling is sweet and compliments the previous ingredients, go with Strawberry Jam (Also Sticky and Sweet, altho not mentioned in keywords) Plus align flavor.

Frosting: We have strawberries in the filling and the most complimenting to the rest of the cake would be Strawberries. Chocolate would be going too much to the sweet side. Plus align flavor.

Topping: Keywords Sticky and Sweet + Brown fit for Caramel here, and to add the harmony to that, you add Strawberries that take a bit of the sweetness of the Caramel off, leaving you with a perfectly balanced cake that fullfills both of the girls keywords and is from a cake standview complimenting each other flavors.
Plus since we used all of the keywords, the lust enchancer effect is now active.
