Well i just do that while i was trying to resolve that, and then the fountain gave me a stone bib
I've turned it off but nothing happens, I'm probably missing something

Just turno it off and wait 10 - 15 seconds or maybe more
Then when You finally do the puzzles go with the statue and give her the things, and then Open the door.
(Now i'm trying to solve the puzzles with the potion) I Will post the answer when i pass it
You need to do the puzzles in order, first the torches, second the archway and thrid the fountain.
With the torches just follow the book...
