Have you found the tutorial button? it explains where mindbreak meter is located, to fill it up cum and pull out after, when she's fully mindbroken you will get shop open, 2nd mindbreak will give you auto mode, 3rd - pose change and 4th - aphrodisiac pills

In Demo functionality is limited to what you have described. The demo is meant for confirming the compatibility of player's device with the game and to offer a sneak peak at the gameplay.

Main gameplay does mostly rely on thrusting and choking to mind break the girl, earn coins, complete missions and unlock new features (Pose change, Character customization, Male skin change and many more).

As suggested by @finnita , Help button (the green ?) would be of help in figuring out the game's mechanics. Additionally you can check the game trailer above and see more of gameplay and in action features.
