how do you remove parasitic spiders its hard to avoid and says that its permanent while being pretty much debilitating to the affected adventurer
burn yourself, best method is the amulet of power I've found.. it's a bit of RNG, but for every 1 point of damage from fire dots, you have a 10% chance to get a 'dying parasite' token, then the NEXT turn, if you roll it *again* the dying parasite token consumes the parasite spider. It's a bit much if you ask me, since I'm pretty sure that's the only self inflicted burn effect in the game
