well if you think it is a virus i have proof it aint
got one that was the same and windows prot did not
warn me nor did mcaffee or any other anti virus so we good
also microsoft edge or whatever browser you use would say it

Just because most AVs dont pick it up, dont mean its not malware. Malware authors can use obfuscation techniques to make it harder to detect, when flagged, they can just change the signatures. I am highly skeptical of any pirated software being malware-free. You have to do dynamic analysis to work out what really happens. Ive linked such services above which do that. and it was flagged.
