Why would you get a refund if all future versions will be on Itch.io and you keep your access to the game?

i dont get it tho because i bought it for $5 and it gave me the demo so how will i get the full game?

If you bought it for $5, you will have the full game. If it doesn't appear in your Itch.io library, then contact support.
