Nope. For angel it shows the yellow text saying that i should deepen connections with others and stuff but I already did. Maybe, I skipped Maya's and Angel's storyline somehow.
you first see Maya when you're doing the whole murder investigation with Lilly and Gypsey. That should have unlocked her.
what murder investigation? I only saw Maya when that one girl from school got kidnapped by Angel.
there was a small side quest to investigate a crime, its how you unlock the first maya scene and one of lily and gypsys scene
