The quest version also has a dedicated sidequest page with answers to questions like these. I recommend joining the game's discord. Super helpful for questions and tips/tricks. Also where you can become a tester to play the more current test builds!
I don't have sidequest, I use mobile vr station to launch aot from just downloading it on itch
