double click the folder to open it, and then double click the option called "Game". It should work.

So going off of the first image shown that you sent... double click the folder to open it. Then scroll down. There will be a file called Game. Double click it and it should open.
If you are using a school-issued laptop/chromebook, then it won't work as you can't download and play any actual games on there unless they are online ones that the school has unblocked. I know this from experience-
